Snapmint - Refund Still Pending for Double Emi Deduction

My emi date was on *rd of August so i paid the amount manually because everytime I prefer to pay my dues before the due date . But on * th August again the same amount of Rs **** was auto-debited from my account . I reached out to snapmints support mail . They said it will be refunded back in * working days . I called the customer support of snapmint many time its actually very hard to get in touch with them . The customer support guy told me that they will refund me till the evening . Each one of them is giving different excuses .Its has been more than a week they are not able solve this issue .
