Excell Broadband - Refund status unknown

Canceled services on **/**/****. Refund yet to be received but they are saying it will take more than a month and GST will not be refunded for the services I'm not using but paid upfront which is disgusting. No one tried to resolve the issues I had since signed up for services ** months ago. No Manager responds to emails or calls. I had waited for ** months for the issues to be rectified but ended up getting no resolution and completely fed up with the services
