Booking not fulfilled so asked for refund but no response from showroom.
Booked a hero Vida VX* plus from singla mobikes an authorised dealer for hero Vida. They said they won't be able to fulfill my order due to a fire at their showroom after which I asked for a refund. They have still not fulfilled my request for a refund.

Request for refund: around **-**st October
They have behaved very rudely and have continuously ignored my right to a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
