This is the WORST company I have dealt with. Please do not fall for the “Easy Returns” Policy. There is nothing easy about it. Once you request a return they just stop replying back to you whether be it via email or whatsapp and they just do not answer the phone calls.
My retired mother ordered * salwars in XL, they shipped her *XL and *XL. The products were not like the pictures and of totally substandard quality and POOR workmanship Once she reached out to them for returns, they asked her to email the product pictures, and shipping envelope pictures, after she send them all the required information, they just stopped replying to emails, phones and texts. I reached out to them using a different number and they replied right back. But once they linked me to the same query/order they stopped replying back again. It seems like once they know you are trying to return and request refunds they just block your email/phones.
A Total FRAUD company that does nothing but steal from poor hard working folks like my retired mother.
I am about to blast my reviews all over Social Media so no other person falls for their CHEATING tactics.
