Mystic Flavia - Refund return denied

Item : Vince Solitaire silver necklace (artificial jewellery)
I contacted the seller via email & phone, within the stipulated time for return and refund. I spoke to their executive Ms. Trisha who was very audacious, arrogant in her conversation and it was clear that she had no intention of refunding my money as she was casting aspersions that we might have used their product. She asked me to send pictures of the product, which we did.
They came back declining my refund request saying that we had had opened the plastic pouch and taken out the jewellery by removing the staple pin and price tag on the pouch. This was absolutely ridiculous since its like saying dont see, touch, feel and assess the artificial jewellery ....a customer should just decide whether to keep it or return it by seeing it thru the plastic cover. My repeated requests for the contact numbers & email ids of the senior management/owners to escalate and seek redressal have been ignored and they do not care to even reply to an aggrieved customer. As such we seek and request your help and intervention.
