PVR Cinemas Lulu Mall Trivandrum - Refund Required Premium Seats Caused Severe Discomfort at Lulu Mall PVR

I visited PVR Lulu Mall Trivandrum and booked premium seats in Audi * (M*–M*), but the seating was extremely uncomfortable. The seat near the wall had a completely straight backrest with no curve or support, making it impossible to sit properly throughout the movie.
I had two elderly women (**+ years) with me, and they struggled the most. This ruined our entire movie experience, despite paying ₹***.** for premium comfort that was never provided.
Since the service did not match what was promised, I am requesting a refund (half or full) for this unpleasant experience. I urge PVR to check these seats themselves to understand the discomfort.
