Hathway Hyderabad - Refund request

This mail is regarding the refund request of my Hathway connection. I paid **** for the Hathway services on **-March-****. Due to lockdown, no one responded to my connection request.I called one of the cx service representative, they informed that request has been cancelled and I will get the refund.
It has been * months I didn't get any refund from you guys. Today(**-May-****), I called again to your cx service and they have informed me that it has been refunded on *-April-**** and provided an transaction id.
I contacted my bank with the provided transaction id, they informed me that there is no such transaction processed on April *.
Again and again I contacted your so called cx service with the hope of getting refund but they gave me this email id and asked me too raise the complaint here. I request this complaint needs to handled by your manager not your cx service representative. I need my money back as soon as possible.
