plantspark - Refund Request

I attended a trial class on ** May and an admission discussion on * June with Ms. Swetha. During the admission process, I was informed that the course fee was ₹**,***, and I paid ₹*,*** along with ₹*** towards banking/processing charges.
Due to personal reasons, I decided not to continue with the program. I have been trying to contact Ms. Swetha through calls and messages regarding my refund request, but I have not received any response.
I am currently facing a medical emergency and urgently need the refund amount. I kindly request you to process my refund of ₹*,*** at the earliest and update me on the status.
