Hiten Devlekar filed complaint against travolook in on Jun 2, 2021
I booked a flight for my friend on **th Feb **** and travel date is **th Feb **** (Who suppose to be his home town as his family member is hospitalized) I had his ticket from Ahmedabad to Lucknow from Travolook, Booking id is REF********* and the amount **** INR was deducted from my card but due to some error ticket was not confirmed and few min back I got a call from Travolook Customer care and they said, due to price hike your ticket not confirmed from Airlines so will refund the amount from same mode of transaction within ** to ** working days, after ** days i called them and asked for refund they said due to some server error it will take longer time and said wait for more ** to ** days, this same thing happening when ever i call them after ** days, they are not even transferring to and senior person even i ask them i want to make one more booking so adjust the money with the booking, they denied and said we will refund your money we don't adjust in any other booking, i requested them to refund my money as soon as possible as i just helped my friend to reach his home in Emergency but what i received is loss of **** INR, Even i said due to pandemic i lost my job they are not understanding any situation.
Please help me to get my money back.
