kurticlothing.com - Refund Request Wrong Product Delivered

I ordered from kurticlothing.com on **th August ****, but received completely wrong and cheap products instead of what I purchased. I requested a refund through their official email and WhatsApp, but received no response, which forced me to file a complaint with NCH on **st August ****. It has now been ** days, and my issue is still unresolved.
The amount involved may be small, but the way this has been handled is unacceptable — every penny is worth protecting. The efforts I put into filing and following up the complaint without any support as a common customer have been very stressful. Despite all this, I have not received my refund or any resolution, causing significant mental stress and financial loss.
I request a full refund as soon as possible. Attached are proof of order, received product, and payment.
