Veerazara - Refund request not processed

I have ordered a dress material using Veerazaara online marketing site. My order no *****. After ten days I have received my order through postal speed post, but which was completely different from the original of which they posted on the website. So I have cancelled my order and submitted a request for the refund. And my refund request for order No.***** is RFD#**********. I was continuously trying to contact customer care. No one is answering. For me, it looks like they have cheated many people as like me with fraud shopping. Once one customer had answered my call and the moment I asked for a refund he cut my phone. Please help me.
