Imarticus Learning - Refund Request for Unfulfilled Job Placement Promise in Postgraduate Banking and Finance Program

I enrolled in a Postgraduate Program in Banking and Finance with Imarticus Learning in September ****, paying **,*** INR with the understanding that the institution would provide job placement support upon course completion. This assurance of a job offer was a key factor in my decision to join and invest in this program.

However, it is now November ****, and I am still unemployed despite completing all course requirements and regularly reaching out to the institution for updates. I have made multiple attempts to contact the institution’s placement team, but I have received no response or assistance in securing employment, which they promised as part of the program.

This situation has placed me in a difficult financial position, as my EMI payments are due at the end of this month. Given the unmet job placement promise and lack of communication from the institution, I am formally requesting a full refund of my enrollment fee of **,*** INR.
