I am writing to file a complaint against Story TV regarding an unauthorized auto-debit of ₹*** from my account. On ** April ****, I subscribed to a *-day trial offer for ₹*. I did not intend to continue with any paid subscription after the trial period. However, without my clear awareness, an auto-debit of ₹*** was processed after the trial ended. I did not actively opt for the ₹*** subscription plan, and I have not used the service after the trial period. I also did not notice any reminder message before the deduction. I have already contacted the company via email requesting cancellation and refund, but I have not received a satisfactory response. This deduction feels unfair as it was not my intention to continue the subscription. My Request: - Immediate cancellation of the subscription - Full refund of ₹*** as a goodwill gesture. I request your support in resolving this issue and helping me get my refund. Thank you.
