JAWA FJ 42 - Refund Request for Advance Booking Amount

I'm writing to follow up on my long-pending refund of Rs. *,***/- paid for booking number JAWA************ in ****. Despite multiple requests, the refund hasn't been processed yet. I purchased a JAWA bike from the Hyderabad showroom on November **, ****, and was assured that the booking amount would be adjusted, but it wasn't.
During delivery, I and my family waited over * hours, only to be given false commitments. Despite coordinating with customer care, I've received no support. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency and follow-through.
