Repco Housing Finance Company - Refund request against application no

Dear Concern,

I am a resident of Durgapur applied for a home loan on **/**/**** in Durgapur branch of Repco Housing finance Ltd. But my loan got rejected from their end and now they are refusing to refund my processing fees.

I have paid **** rupees as processing fee on **/**/**** vide cheque, I am currently working in a Private company where this is the **% of monthly salary.

The representative who handling my application told me send mail to grievances to get refund. He also told me during application that, they will refund my processing fees if my loan rejected from their end.but I have not received a single response from the grievance team on this matter.

I am working very hard to buy a *bhk flat for my family but they made a fool out of me because I am still young and inexperienced on this matters.
