Storytv asia - Refund request

I want to get the refund from storytv.asia application.
What happened:- my younger brother was playing at my phone a being curious of stories he purchased the trial of storytv without my consent.
After to days the auto pay deducted the amount of *** from my upi app
And after realisation i quickly sent a refund request mail to them aside that I also tried contacting the customer service in the application no response from there and I tried contacting them via whatsapp but they did not accept the invitation.
I was quick to report but they did not check it
I didn't use any thing from the membership and I don't want to use it I want to get the refund it was accidental and was not in my knowledge and I did not use it so there's no reason for me to use it now
