I ordered an earphone in June. I received a defective product. Upon contacting Mivi, they asked me to choose between refund and replacement. I chose replacement and they replaced the product in MORE than ** DAYS. But I got an EVEN MORE defective product the second time. Frustrated, I sought refund this time, which they denied. Unwillingly, I agreed for replacement but now they have taken the product back and have stopped responding regarding the delivery of new product. Customer care number is never approchable, no respond over mails. They just rely over twitter to DM with details to look good in the eyes of public at large. But once you DM, they ignore that too like every other place. I just arranged some number to contact them. Someone received the call but hung up saying he'll call later. I really want my money or the product AT THE EARLIEST PLEASE!
