Joan Jacob - Refund replacement issue

I purchased a John Jacobs frame with lenses for *,*** rupees. After receiving the order, I tried it on, but the XL size did not fit my face. So, I decided to return it. I raised a return request, and the order was picked up.
However, now they are not responding. They have taken my order and my money, and I haven't heard anything back. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Lenskart needs to understand that they are dealing with people’s health. This is unacceptable
