Return request was initiated on June *, confirmation that return was received by Crocs on June *. Since then I have been chasing my refund. On repeated email follow ups and insta DM, I had received an email confirming that refund was already processed but my bank account details were awaited (which was surprising as I had shared the same while initiating the return). Bank Details emailed. No email/acknowledgement. Consistent follow ups and nothing. I emailed to check as I had received a refund of **** from CJ Darcl Logistics to check if this was related to my return and if so, this wasn't a full refund, to which I receive an email on July * stating that they haven't received my complete return? Like seriously, where is all this going?
And now their email inbox is full and I'm getting delivery failure notification to my emails!
I'm really fed up and feel harassed for chasing my own money.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
