Myntra and H M - Refund Related query
Dhritimala Saikia filed complaint against Myntra and H M on Aug 19, 2020
Ordered * H&M tops but instead got a men's jacket. An amount of about **** rupees were deducted from me and after loads and loads of interaction with the Myntra's customer support, they are not cooperating with me, not even taking the responsibility for their mistake, but instead got this mail blaming me that I have not returned the items. From where will I produce those items when I never received those. Firstly my phone call was cut off today itself, then again the chats were signed off before my query was resolved! They will deliver a wrong product and after that will blame the customer for not returning the items. Such frustrating and disgusting customer service! Boycott #myntra
