myntra and H M - Refund Related query

I have ordered * H&M tops from Myntra, but I got an H&M men's jacket instead, and after contacting their customer support, they are not granting me the full refund of RS ****, instead I got a refund of only One top. Such frustrating and disgusting customer service. I don't whom to blame myntra or H&M. Firstly they delivered a wrong product and now they are not refunding the full amount back.
