BSF - Refund related

Hello sir
My name is KRISHNA BISWAS, VILL + POST- BARBARIA, DIST- NADIA, STATE- WEST BENGAL, PIN NUMBER- ******.
I bought a flight ticket (indigo) on the **th AUGUST from SRINAGAR to KOLKATA and that's flight PNR number is DFQCTY(INDIGO). But the ticket was canceled by the airport. So I request the airport party for full refund. I request full refund from **/** days before today to the airport party and also say that sir, now my money is very important. I'm in a lot of trouble at home please. And I do diffence service so I am very busy. Please return the money as soon as possible.
They say you will get your money back within **/** hours.
but they did not. **/** days later, when I called customer care the date of *st September ****, he returned my money.
So sir
My complaint is that my money was not returned on time. For this I have had many problems (physically and mentally harness).

Therefore, sir, severe disciplinary action should be taken against INDIGO and UDCHALO COMPANY. I want justice.
