I made a purchase from bewakoof, and they sent me a wrong product. Least I expect is replacement - but they declined and told me that I can get a coupon with * month' validity. I asked for refund- they declined that as well saying that is not in their hands.
Regardless of me declining coupon, they gave me a coupon which is valued less that the value of the product. I paid *** for the product, they are giving me back *** in a form of coupon with * month's validity. Its outright extortion.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
