Tata Cliq Casio vintage digital watch Silver colour - Refund rejected by the seller even Giving original casio vintage silver watch

I had ordered casio vintage digital silver watch but i return the product due to small dial and fitting issue. And approx * aug the product was picked up after quality check like first he click the photos of the product followed by scanning and original tag checking and checking the brand name *-* times and after approval by the image quality scanning. He initiate the pickup because it's matches with the image on the website and there pickup app . If in case I had given different product it will instantly rejected at the door step and the delivery boy cancelled the pickup but it won't happen because i had given the right original casio watch.
The product was pickup on * aug and after *-* days when I don't receive my refund i called customer service then they told me to wait upto ** aug. But * aug i got a mail and sms that my product was rejected by the seller and saying me that quality check has been failed. So basically they had taken the money and the watch as well and refunding my money.
Please help me out i don't know what to do. I want my money back
