Club factory india - Refund rejected

I have purchased dress material for wife that delivered to me on **jun **. Same day i raised request for return beacuse quality was not as per requirement. I got call from courier vendor and they collected dress with proper packaged from me on **jun **.
When i viewed the status of refund they shows return rejected; reason shows "your return does't match the product "
What the foolish things from club factory ....why we such type....i have ordered other things also...you people have to check with courier service also if they changed in between....
I want my money back..
