Geetha Govindam Matrimony - Refund Refused From Matrimony

I took Matrimonial service subscription from Geetha Govindam Matrimony on **th October, **** through reference of a friend. I have paid Rs.**,***/- through online payment using credit card. Soon we found many negative reviews about the organisation on web and the profiles which they sent me are equally suspicious. So I asked them to refund my amount and cancel my subscription the very next day i.e., **th October, ****. They declined to refund my amount and cancel my subscription. I kindly want them to cancel my subscription and refund my amount.
