Lenskart solutions pvt ltd - Refund refusal and fraud by lenskart representative

ordered three glasses from lenskart. All the three frames had issues for which we sought replacement. The lenskart executive replaced all the three products. Out of which two frames still had issues. We requested for refund. One product was returned, however for one product, i was denied return. On enquiry I got to know that the executive has not updated on the website about the replacement and therefore, return is not happening.
