I have visited Dr. Batra clinic on *th Nov. **** . I wanted to take a treatment of hemorrhoids and fissures but as per their guidance I opted the EMI option from HDFC Bank. But now I want to take my refund as I don't want to continue with my treatment. Their service was very bad and also they gave me the self care tips and diet chart for hair growth issue instead of my actual problem. Staff is very bad . They simply deny for the refund . Plz help me
