ICICI Lombard Insurance company - Refund process incomplete

I would like to bring to your notice my concern on the cancellation of my policy and deductions related to the same.

Below are the facts with actual dates. I am not sure why the entire amount was not refunded.

I have explained the dates in detail to the customer care executive but today I got a call from then stating that the deductions are valid which I deny completely.

Soft Copy: *rd Jan ****

Hard Copy: **th Jan ****

Cancellation Intimation: **th Jan ****



Consider the below facts.

*. Policy was Issued on **th Nov **** without providing me any documents. I had to made a request on **th Nov to send me the soft copy so that I can review the documents.
****i/iHPA/*********/**/***

*. I had received the policy documents online after raising a request (**********) with ICICIL (Date – *rd January ****)

*. Reply from ICICIL was received on *th Jan **** but there was not detailed copy attached. Not even later

*. I raised request for policy cancellation on **th Jan ****. Until then I have not received a single call from ICICIL

*. Cancellation Acknowledgment

*. No Response until *th Feb ****

*. Hard Copy of document was delivered on **th January ****.

Neither they called me up a single time upon multiple requests nor are they able to provide me any proof of document delivery which they claim has been delivered on *th Dec ****
