I have booked a bus ticket for ** September from Nagercoil to Chennai on ** August. I have received message that the journey date scheduled on ** Aug **** with driver contact details. I have lodged complaint through email Redbus support id on ** Aug **** at **** hrs that either refund the amount or postpone the date of journey to ** September **, but so far no response has been received. When telephone to Red bus customer care support, they too not responded properly. Kindly advise me shall I perform the journey on ** September or re-fund the amount please
