Zury Cinta Medtech Pvt Limited - Refund Policy

I've subscribed for * months diet plan in Zury.
I haven't used any of its features. As I don't want thier service anymore, I requested them for refund. I asked them to charge the amount for one month and refund the rest * months money though the only service did for me this month is * phone calls to collect my details and a diet schedule for a single day.
Initially they didn't respond to the mails. And now after kinda * calls they are adamant that they wont provide refund. I was asking for the upcoming * months refund, and they were repeating the same sentences. There wasn't any mention about their non refund policy and they staff is really manipulative.
Maybe it is a small sum but I want my refund. Please help me with this.
