i will choose my payment method is Rs***** from my Flipkart Card Gift card wallet
And remaining amount Rs***** from my ICICI Bank credit card
After placing order successful I can decide to placing my order to in EMI purchase
At same Time sat **Aug **** -**.**
With in a minute of placed order I want to cancellation my order because my reason is Already Explained
According to Flipkart Card return and refund policy cancel or return item Refund is refundable to Customer in * to * working Days
Now I'm Typing this Complaint on ** sep ****
Because All the Flipkart Card Team not going to Refund my cancellation Request and no status of my Any order order cancellation our refund status
i will call Him Again And Again From all team give me false refund status Told me to send Bank details to process immediately refund but not provide me Any single rupee to me ** Day is Completed know my issue is not resolved
I'm Also mail to Flipkart Governance officer His Team Contact me And to told me this is Technical Glitch please Give me ** Hours to resolve this issue This Also a False promise
