Vle Bazaar - Refund Pending since Long

I had Ordered (Order ID - *******) Lenovo Wireless Keyboard, Wireless Mouse and Laptop Briefcase from VLE Bazar. Both Keyboard and Mouse were faulty and briefcase delivered was incorrect/wrong model. I had to struggle for return and was committed of Correct delivery. Which was never couriered/delivered for more than a month. Post which i had asked for Refund and then too is NOT refunded since more than a month now. For every call i made, I have been falsely committed with *-* days timelines for return/redelivery/refund. I expect their should be penalty levied to VLE bazar and compensate me for all these delays, false commitment and faulty product delivered
