Meesho Online Shopping - Refund pending Return pickup status not updated

I placed a return request on ** Aug and my parcel was picked on ** Aug by delivery agent. However I didn’t receive any sms regarding the same. But in Meesho app it is still showing pickup not done. I talked to Meesho customer are multiple times and they are saying that pickup is still not done from their end. They are not responding properly and also not resolving my issue. My refund is also not processed.
However when I asked the delivery guy and he said that the parcel has already reached to source and also shared awb number and screen shot from their system.
Please help me receive my refund of ₹****.
