Link Star form filling Company - Refund penalty

My name is sridhar. On Aug ** i got a call (**********) linkstar form filling company. She told to fill forms free of cost.she said first login the url in mail after I sent * screenshot of form and First see the page and then decide.without my permission They send me the agreement & acceptance letter in the mail, without my permission one user name and password, (Helpline Phone: **********

They sent below here mail:-
They provided your plan is of **** forms and which you have to complete it in ** days. And from **** forms **** forms are your cutt off forms
If at a time *login, *logout, *ip address are found while working if your browser upgraded or degraded then your id will be terminated.
At the time of final submission of **** forms one pdf file will be generated automatically. You will get your QC Report of randomly pages.
When you put payment request you will get your payment after * working days.
If your work is not submitted or failed then you have to **** rps. as utility charges.

I saw many complaints like above...But finally i called, mailed and messaged many times to them but they are not responding ...

Now today **th Aug **** they penalty, i said already to her before gerting agrement and acceptance letter...Why theyare send agreement and acceptance mail and now why they are asking penalty...Iam not accept any agreement...
I don't want to do this work, i already told to her to not interested of this work..I said to her who is called to me(**********)...
She did a big mistake.
One person ********** called and harassing to pay penalty of amount****/- today **th Aug *pm...If not going to take legal action he said....I paid sir
