https www chocotown in Choco Town - Refund or order placement

Please note that I have placed an order on **th march,**.** at the website of ChocoTown with the url- "https://www.chocotown.in/". I paid and amount of Rs.*** for a list of * items which are as follows: *. Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Creations ***gm (Imported) × * * Based on the above order I was given a tracking ID .AWB Number : **********
Order No.: ********. And i waited for till today (*-*-****) and delivery partner saying tahat Cancelled after Max unsuccessful pickup attempts. I sent mail to choco town website for many times and for ecom delivery partner. No use of this. I have called the number listed on the website of ChocoTown multiple times but there is no response. I have sent multiple emails asking them to explain this error and look into refunding my order amount, however once again no response from them. I believe that they are running a scam and looting customers by taking in orders and the money for the orders and not delivering the goods as promised. I would like to report the company and get their website closed so that they do not cheat more customers. In addition, to getting a full refund for the amount I have paid to the company for my order.
