Hi i have booked my flight ticket from CHENNAI to Delhi through Yatra for * jun **** by indigo airlines( PNR no- JR**MB ) and return flight for delhi to Chennai on ** jun **** by Air Asia airlines ( PNR no-CY**QB) . reference no -************* and the airline cancelled the ticket due to lockdown extension. But now when i try to claim they are not responding . Indigo showing that credit shell available but yatra com not showing. And Air Asia not showing any credit shell or refund.
