IndiGo 294 - REFUND ON MY PNR

Date- **th Feb, ****. Time - *:**-*:**pm.
I had to board a *:**am flight Mum-Indore.
The check-in of flight closes * hour prior and i was at the airport * hours prior but due to a long queue, i could make it at the desk at *:**-**am only. The attendant saw my ticket PNR and knew that check-in would have closed at *:**am but wasted *-**mins on a call (looked liked she wasn't aware of something).
Due to this, i was told by the Indigo Desk Manager that i can't board the flight and had to take another flight with a fare difference of *k, to which i refused as i had no money to pay so much...then she told me *.*k .Even this amount is too high for me to pay when it is complete airline's fault in management.
The manager named "Natasha" mentioned that she had announced for people on that flight to check-in first but the airport is too huge for her voice to be audible so a better answer or excuse is expected. None of the higher authorities were called by her to resolve my matter.
She outright said that our staff's mistake can't happen. Why didn't you hear my call? I would like to ask the airlines that If a person has a hearing issue, will you'll be this ruthless in your customer service approach?
I demand for a refund of *.*k that i am paying to Indigo Airlines right now. Need a solution.
