I took one year plan of tikona with ** MBPS in may . It was working fine till last month . Since month I was facing very slow internet issue . ENGINEER Visit the site and said the area is not network feasible . So I decided to remove the connection . I called them and ask for removal on Friday (**-**-****) . They said it will take *-** days for the process . but they stopped service on Saturday (**-**-****) . From that I trying to call them ,reach them on mail .but there is no reply from them at all .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
