Otipy - Refund of wallet money

I was the customer of otipy app till it got shutdown and I was having some money in my otipy wallet. I am writing this to inform you that I have made multiple contacts to otipy using their WhatsApp customer service for refund, earlier they promised me to refund my money in ** to ** days from the shutdown date i.e. **th May ****, so technically my refund should have been credited by **th August ****, but it has not happened till today and the WhatsApp chat service is not responding to my messages any more.
Please help me with this, I am attaching the screenshots of WhatsApp chat for you reference, in which they made promise to refund my wallet money.

They cant keep innocent customer's money like this. One fine day stopped operation and not refunding the money which was in the wallet.
