Otipy - Refund of wallet amount

The wallet amount was supposed to be refunded with in ** days which ends on **/**/**** but till date nither the refund has been processed nor any communication received from company.

They cant keep innocent customer's money like this. One fine day stopped operation and not refunding the money which was in the wallet.
