Travelook - Refund of ticket not initiated

I had booked flight ticket from Pune to Cochin for ** May ****.
As soon as the amount was debited from my account i got a call immediately from Travelook stating that the ticket is cancelled due to techinical problems and my refund would be processed in ** days .Its more than a month now but the refund has still not been initiated .
When we call their customer service their call is always on voice message .
Pls help me.
