Travolook com - Refund of the money

Hello, my name is akhilesh I have booked air ticket from Bangalore to Varanasi on ** September **** .they have deducted RS **** after sometimes they called me and say that your has got cancelled refund proces will in *-**days I have asked the reason why my ticket got cancel they said that indigo airlines have cancel my ticket due to some technical issues. After ** days I have called them I have not received my refund they said that your refund has processed it is taking time to initiate you will receive refund in *-*days. After *days i called them asking for my refund they are saying that we told you to wait **-**days then they start arguing with me and then they give me date ** October ****they said that before this date refund will receive and they cut the phone call. Then I have written a mail to them they have given no response to me. Then I have today ** October **** now they are saying that your refund is stuck it will take *-** days to clear they please wait. I am bill, Air ticket, reference number please help me .
