Regarding the Order ID **********. Product value was Rs.*** which I have booked on ** June **** and the product got delivered on ** June ****. Size was incorrect and so I have initiated for return pickup but meesho said there is no return courier service for this particular product. I was asked to self ship the product to the address from where it was delivered. I have also courier through DTDC express courier with consignment number: C******** and it got returned back to me saying no such person available at the address on the label. So meesho has sent me a mail on ** July **** saying that they will compensate product value of Rs.***+ *** courier charges before * Aug ****. But still not received the refund. I have sent multiple mails and spoke to many customer support executive Rajeshwari and Dhanalakshmi etc through call me back option in meesho. No proper resolution given till date. Pls find. Resolution
