Odyssey Tours And Travels Private Limited - Refund of Singapore Travel Tour not received

Had booked a Singapore Trip for * pax with Odyssey Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd Pune in Dec **** .
The cost of the Land package for Hotel Stay and tours amounted to *,**,*** which was paid through HDFC Bank on **th Dec ****.
The dates for the trip was scheduled for ** th Feb **** .
Due to the COVID ** situation emerging in the middle of Feb and advisories being issued against travel outside of India escpecially to South East Asian countries where the Pandemic had widespread towards mid Feb **** , we decided to cancel our Trip on ** th Feb and a full refund was assured to us by Odyssey Tours and Travels in light of the ongoing situation .
We have a email dated ** the May confirming that the refund will be processed by the Singapore counterpart Of Odyssey Travels which is Chariot Travels in Singapore.
We have sent email reminders dated
Sept * , Sept ** , Sept ** , Oct **, Oct ** , Nov *, Nov ** , Nov ** , Feb * , Feb ** , all of which have been replied to by Odyssey Travels stating that they are following up with their Singapore counterparts for the refund which they have copied us on the said emails .
It is however a little less that an year since the cancellation was made and would like the refund to be issued by Odyssey Tours and Travels as the payment was made to them for package Tour
