Nextbillion technology private ltd - Refund of shares amount

I have been enrolled as member in NextBillion Technology Pvt ltd Investment plan. I have vested an amount of Rs.**.** lakhs on different dates on different shares. The same has been accrued to Rs.**.** lakhs as on **.**.****. I have opted to purchase IPO shares of M/s Monarch Engineers & Consultants shares. They have allotted ***** shares worth of Rs.**.* lakhs and asked me to bay balance of Rs.** lakhs. I expressed my inability to pay that much huge amount and requested to allot the shares to the amount available in my account as on the date of allocation, i.e., Rs.**.* lakhs. But they are keep on pressurizing me to pay the balance amount for which I have denied to pay. They have arranged loan of Rs.**.* lakhs on their own without my consent and purchased IPO shares worth of Rs.**.* lakhs. They are demanding to pay **.* lakhs advanced amount before closing IPO after lock in period. As on date my assets with NextBillion is Rs.*,**,**,***/- in the name of shares of M/s Monarch Engineers & Consultants. Now they have locked my trade account and asked to pay the balance or otherwise all funds available in my account will be adjusted towards loss/penalty.
