Shoptelezon - Refund of security deposit

I have deposited ***** on August *, ****, as security deposit and they sent the stock and did not give the order and I asked for a refund on August **th ****. They said ** days and waiting still and they are not picking my call now. Mr Ram Rathod is the marketing executive and Himanshi Jain software developer. They created a fake ID and they said the ID had software issues and made us wait for ** days they did not resolve the issue. I initiated for the refund and they said they will refund in ** days now they have changed the numbers.
