I have booked a room through Oyo app on **/**/**** around **.** PM and selected OYO ***** Super Hotel O Hr Inn Near City Centre Salt Lake, GD ***, GD Block, Sector-III, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal as per my need. In this regard I have paid Rs.****/- through online and thereafter my booking was confirmed. In this regard on same day around **.**PM a call has been received from Oyo customer care bearing No.********** and it is informed that due to unavailability of classic room my booking is upgraded into deluxe room hence, I have to pay Rs.****/- after reaching at OYO ***** Super Hotel O Hr Inn Near City Centre Salt Lake. However I have followed as Oyo instructed and paid Rs.****/- at the time of check-in. On the day of check -out i.e. on **/**/**** the authorities have told me that your refund of Rs.****/- which I have paid at the time of booking through will be credited in my account within * to ** days after checkout. But till now the refund amount is not credited in my account.
