Livspace - Refund of Rs

I recently visited the Livspace branch at Golden I, Greater Noida (U.P.), where I interacted with sales team members Sneha and Piyush. After several discussions, we mutually agreed to proceed with a quotation of ₹*.** lakhs for my project, and I accordingly paid a token/booking amount of ₹**,***.
However, after investing over a month of my time and effort, I was shocked to discover that the final project cost has escalated to ₹*.** lakhs — nearly double the agreed amount, which was also formally shared by Livspace via email. This unexpected and unjustified hike has left me feeling completely cheated and deeply disheartened.
I have already raised this concern via email but thereisn't no response, so I am reaching out to you directly with the hope that you will help and ensure a fair resolution. I sincerely request that my hard-earned money be refunded at the earliest.
