premier inn al jadaff hotel dubai - refund of room cancellation

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent reservation at Al Jaddaf premier in, which was unfortunately cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The original booking was made for check-in on **nd April **** and check-out on **th April ****, under the reservation number

Due to current circumstances, I was unable to make the trip as planned. As a result I had to cancel the reservation. I contact make my trip about the cancellation but they said hotel should decide about the cancellation. I would appreciate it if you could process my refund at your earliest convenience.
